Creamy Asian Dressing

1" ginger, chopped

1 c olive oil

2 tsp sesame oil

2 cloves garlic

2 TBS fresh minced ginger

4 TBS lemon juice

4 TBS sweet white miso

6 whole dates, pitted

2 TBS soy sauce

1/4 c water

Mix in blender until smooth.
